1.客户进店咨询，了解客户的基本需求，小区建筑面积、计划装修时间、装修风格以及居住家庭成员
2.为客户介绍家立方装饰、公司的定位、用材、收费标准。让客户进一步了解公司。
A.通过对您的了解，为您预约专属设计师进行更多的交流，量房、平面方案、整体设计方案。
B.初步洽谈
C.平面设计阶段：平层3-5天，复式、别墅7-12天
D.签订意向：交设计定金
E.效果图阶段：平层2天，复式5天
F.签订设计协议：付50%设计费
G.出全套施工图纸阶段：平层3-5天，复式7-15天
H.补齐设计尾款，出工程预算书
I.签定施工合同：付首期工程款60%
J.选购主材：开工后一星期内
K.施工现场指导
3.准备开工：设计师、项目经理、工程监理三方进行开工交底，确保工程对接无误。
4.施工过程中，每个工种进场时设计师须到场进行交接。每个工地都配备一名工程监理，对水电木瓦油各个阶段进行监督和验收。
5.工程竣工后，设计师、项目经理、工程监理、客户四方进行完工验收，并由工程部开具客户质保单。
竣工后不定期的电话回访：元旦、新年等节假日，短信祝福或电话回访。
